Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Resolu account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account1
Open the Resolu App
Launch the Resolu application on your mobile device and make sure you are logged in.

Go to Profile Settings
Tap on the "Profile" tab at the bottom right of the screen, then tap on "Settings".

Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and tap on "Delete Account".

Confirm Deletion
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Enter your password and tap "Confirm Delete".

Account Deleted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
⚠️
Warning: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data including profile information, service history, messages, and reviews will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What Data Gets Deleted✓
Personal Information
Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.

Service History
All records of services you booked or provided through the platform.
✓
Messages & Reviews
All conversations with service providers and reviews you have posted.
✓
Saved Preferences
Categories, favorites, saved locations, and notification preferences.

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can contact our support team and we will process your request within 48 hours.
